Fashion Advisor

Summary

The Fashion Advisor delivers elevated client service and fashion expertise in an in-store setting. This role builds client relationships, develops new customers, and supports sales growth and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through engaging product and brand experiences.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while exceeding client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Accept repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for client experience and fashion.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. and work in person in the store.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
