Responsibilities

• Receive repairs and follow up consistently with clients on repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed client expectations and drive business results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, a passion for client service, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
