Summary

The Fashion Advisor delivers exceptional client service and fashion expertise while building client relationships and inspiring brand loyalty. This role develops new customers, strengthens retention, and contributes to boutique business revenue.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through engaging product and brand experiences.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to support business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for fashion, client experience, and the House of CHANEL.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
