Fashion Advisor

As a Fashion Advisor at Neiman Marcus San Francisco, you will play a crucial role in providing superior service to clients, increasing client conversion and retention, and driving business revenue. You will work alongside a diverse sales team and report to the Boutique's leadership, focusing on categories such as Ready-to-Wear, Handbags, Costume Jewelry, Eyewear, Other Accessories, and Shoes.

• Lead the development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
• Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

• Minimum 3 years of related retail sales and client experience.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
