Responsibilities

• Provide tailored service, styling advice, and seamless after-sales support to clients.
• Build client loyalty through personalized follow-up and accurate client data capture.
• Develop product knowledge, pursue personal and boutique sales goals, and stay current on trends and boutique updates.
• Support daily boutique and back-of-house operations, including product handling and alterations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Represent CHANEL with polished presentation and refined etiquette.
