Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to increase client conversion and retention while supporting the boutique leadership and sales team. Deliver a warm, professional, and inclusive client experience, develop new customers, and maintain client relationships including follow up on repairs and alterations.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through proactive selling
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to clients
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to drive business results
• Manage intake and follow up for repairs and alterations
• Demonstrate product knowledge to inspire client purchases
• Support a team-focused environment and contribute to a positive boutique culture

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for fashion and client experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
