Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors. Work collaboratively with the boutique team to drive sales, foster client relationships, and support repairs and alterations. Maintain a professional, service-minded approach to deliver an elevated client experience aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service
• Build and maintain genuine relationships through consistent outreach
• Support client retention and drive business revenue through sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team and report to boutique leadership
• Take in repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for fashion and the brand with desire to learn and grow
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
