Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales and foster brand loyalty at the boutique. Work collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership to convert walk-in traffic to loyal clients and deliver an elevated client experience. Maintain follow up on repairs and alterations and represent the House professionally while supporting store business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Collaborate with team members and support boutique leadership to meet sales targets
• Take in repairs and manage consistent follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Use fashion expertise to inspire client purchases and styling recommendations
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a service minded approach
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment
• Passion for the brand history product offerings and client experience
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
