Summary

The WFJ Specialist delivers exceptional client experiences in watches and fine jewelry, partners with Fashion Advisors to elevate category awareness, and recruits and develops a personal client base to drive conversion and business growth. The role supports visual standards, inventory management, and aftersales follow up while embodying the brand and delivering elevated service in a boutique setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk in traffic to clients
• Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous client service
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through outreach
• Take in repairs and follow up on aftersales
• Maintain visual standards with category manager and visual merchandising team
• Participate in cycle counts to support accurate inventory management
• Collaborate with Fashion Advisors and mentor to elevate category expertise
• Support sales goals through consistent client development and service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years related experience in luxury retail or client facing role
• Proven success achieving sales goals
• Experience in watches and fine jewelry
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for client development
