Fashion Advisor - Miami Design

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention while representing the brand and supporting the boutique leadership. Maintain high standards of client experience, follow up on repairs and alterations, and contribute to a collaborative sales team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach
• Support sales goals by inspiring desire for product through fashion expertise
• Take in repairs and manage follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and report to boutique leadership
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Passion for the brand and knowledge of fashion and product offerings
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
