Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides an elevated client experience while helping drive sales, client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This role develops customer relationships through personalized service and product expertise while working collaboratively with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that exceeds client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Accept repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience and fashion.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
