Fashion Advisor - Palm Beach Gardens

Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional client service and uses fashion expertise to drive client conversion, retention, and revenue while supporting the boutique leadership and sales team. The role requires creating strong client relationships, managing client outreach, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation. The position is in-store and requires flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy and desire around product
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine relationships through thoughtful and consistent client outreach
• Support boutique sales goals by driving client conversion and retention to increase revenue
• Take in repairs and coordinate follow up with clients on repairs and alterations
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and report to boutique leadership
• Uphold the House heritage and present product knowledge to inspire clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Passion for fashion and client experience with attention to luxury brand standards
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
