Responsibilities

• Handle repairs and alterations, following up consistently with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an inclusive and memorable client experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for client service and fashion.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
