The Fashion Advisor in Soho provides exceptional client service and leverages fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and long-term client loyalty. This full-time, in-store role focuses on developing new customers, converting walk-in traffic, and creating personalized client experiences. The Fashion Advisor works within the boutique sales team and supports boutique leadership to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Manage intake of repairs and alterations and maintain client communication regarding status
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to drive sales and client retention

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Full-time, front-of-house in-store presence required
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred
