Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional client service and fashion expertise to drive client conversion, retention, and revenue for the boutique. This role builds genuine client relationships through outreach, supports repairs and alterations follow up, and works collaboratively within the sales team under boutique leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to clients
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach
• Support boutique sales goals by inspiring desire around product and brand
• Take in repairs and manage follow up regarding repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to optimize client experience
• Demonstrate a can do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Passion for fashion and luxury brand history and heritage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment
