Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-person client service to drive sales, build client relationships, and inspire brand loyalty. This full-time boutique role supports walk-in and appointed clients, assists with product expertise, and collaborates with boutique leadership and the sales team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous service to clients
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through outreach and follow up
• Support client sales and client service to drive business results
• Take in repairs and coordinate follow up on repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership
• Represent the House by demonstrating product and fashion expertise
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for fashion luxury and the brand
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible availability for evenings weekends and holidays
