Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service as a Fashion Advisor at the Topanga boutique, driving client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty through fashion expertise and personalized outreach. Work collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership to deliver elevated luxury experiences and support client repairs and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients and build brand ambassadors through product presentation and styling
• Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Conduct thoughtful and consistent client outreach to build genuine relationships
• Support boutique sales goals by inspiring desire around product and brand
• Take in repairs and coordinate follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with sales team and boutique leadership to elevate service standards
• Work flexible schedule including nights weekends and some holidays to support client needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail across categories such as ready to wear shoes and handbags
• Passion for fashion luxury and the House of CHANEL
• Strong communication skills and service minded approach
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Minimum high school diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Willingness to maintain in-store in-person presence to support client sales and service
