Fashion Advisor - Valley Fair

Summary

Provide exceptional client service using fashion expertise to drive sales, build client relationships, and support the boutique team. Convert walk-in traffic to clients, maintain follow up on repairs and alterations, and represent the House through professional, inclusive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, warm, and professional service to clients
• Develop new customers and convert walk-ins to loyal clients
• Perform consistent client outreach to build and maintain relationships
• Support sales goals and inspire brand loyalty through product presentation
• Take in repairs and follow up with clients regarding alterations
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership
• Maintain knowledge of brand history and product offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Passion for fashion and for the House of CHANEL
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
