Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional client service and fashion expertise to drive conversion, retention, and revenue while fostering brand loyalty. The role involves developing new customers, delivering a high level of professional and warm service, and supporting boutique leadership and the sales team. Availability for flexible scheduling including late nights, weekends and some holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt professional warm and courteous service to clients
• Build genuine relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Support team sales goals and collaborate with boutique leadership
• Inspire desire around product through fashion expertise
• Manage repairs and follow up with clients regarding alterations
• Maintain knowledge of brand history product offerings and cultural initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights weekends and some holidays
• Service minded with passion for fashion and client experience
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
