Summary

The Fashion Advisor, Watches and Fine Jewelry, delivers elevated client service while driving sales, client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This in-store role builds lasting client relationships and contributes to a collaborative boutique team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service throughout the client experience.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach and exceed client expectations.
• Receive repairs and follow up consistently with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience; Watches and Jewelry knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• High school degree required; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
