Summary

The Fashion Advisor, Watches and Fine Jewelry, delivers an elevated client experience while driving sales, client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This in-store role builds meaningful client relationships and shares enthusiasm for the House and its products.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Accept repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to deliver an end-to-end client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Ability to thrive collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school degree required; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
