Summary
Provide exceptional client service in-store for watches and fine jewelry, driving client conversion, retention, and revenue while representing the brand with professionalism and luxury service standards. Support the end to end client experience, collaborate with the boutique team, and follow leadership direction to cultivate client relationships and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through personalized service and product knowledge
- Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous client service to optimize the client experience
- Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow up
- Accept and manage repairs and alterations and maintain client communication regarding status
- Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet business targets
- Demonstrate product expertise in watches and fine jewelry to inspire client interest
- Work a flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays to support client needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related experience with watches and jewelry knowledge preferred
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and a service minded approach
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform in a retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to boutique needs
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
- Passion for the brand history product and luxury client experience
