The WFJ Specialist delivers exceptional client experiences in the watches and fine jewelry category, acting as a brand ambassador within the fashion boutique. This role focuses on developing new and existing clients, supporting sales conversion and retention, and partnering with advisors and category management to elevate category awareness and visual standards. The position requires in-store presence, luxury retail experience, and a service minded approach to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients by creating energy and desire around watches and fine jewelry
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through outreach and follow-up
• Take in repairs and manage aftersales communication with clients
• Maintain visual standards with category manager and visual merchandising team
• Participate in cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management
• Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to elevate category awareness and provide training
• Recruit and develop a personal client base to contribute to WFJ business success

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or client facing role
• Previous experience in watches and fine jewelry
• Proven success in achieving sales goals
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
