The WFJ Specialist delivers exceptional client experiences in watches and fine jewelry, driving conversion, retention, and business growth. This in-store role partners with Fashion Advisors and visual merchandising to elevate category awareness, provide training, and develop a personal client base through outreach and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients
• Provide prompt professional warm and courteous client service
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach
• Accept repairs and follow up with clients on aftersales
• Maintain visual standards with category manager and regional visual merchandising
• Participate in cycle counts to ensure accurate WFJ inventory
• Support sales goals and contribute individual performance to the WFJ business

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or client facing role
• Previous experience in watches and fine jewelry
• Proven success achieving sales goals
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
