Summary

The WFJ Specialist supports the watches and fine jewelry boutique by delivering exceptional client experiences, driving conversion and retention, and partnering with Fashion Advisors to raise category awareness and provide training. The role includes recruiting and developing a client base and contributing to the WFJ business through sales and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships with consistent outreach
• Take in repairs and follow up on aftersales with clients
• Maintain visual standards with category manager and visual merchandising team
• Participate in cycle counts and support accurate WFJ inventory management
• Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to elevate category awareness and train team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or client-facing role
• Previous experience in watches and fine jewelry
• Proven success achieving sales goals
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
