Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive client service to convert walk-ins and deepen client relationships.
• Drive sales and client retention through personalized outreach and follow-up.
• Support the full client journey including presentations, purchases, repairs, and alterations.
• Collaborate with boutique colleagues and leadership to meet business targets and ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and create excitement around watches and fine jewelry offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays; full-time in-store presence required.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-minded approach.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and manage repairs/alterations follow-up.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
