Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides elevated client service and fashion expertise in a boutique setting. This full-time, in-person role focuses on developing new customers, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors by creating excitement and desire around the product and brand.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach.
• Receive repair requests and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Passion for client experience, fashion, and the CHANEL brand; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
