Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors by creating excitement around the products and brand.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Accept repairs and follow up with clients about repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team and consistently exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience and fashion.
• Ability to thrive collaboratively in a team environment and eagerness to learn.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work full time in-store and in person.
