Summary

Provide elevated in-store client service and fashion expertise while driving sales, client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. Build lasting client relationships and contribute to a collaborative boutique team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while exceeding client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful outreach and follow up on repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create an engaging client experience and drive business results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of client experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a passion for fashion and luxury client service.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
