The Fashion Consultant provides personalized luxury personal shopping services within an exclusive Fifth Avenue Club In Residence environment, driving individual sales and building client relationships while adhering to company standards. The role focuses on developing new accounts, leveraging digital presence, and achieving sales targets through in-person and digital client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop excellent client relationships and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Recruit new clients and increase sales through Club events and outreach.
- Generate ideas with the team to develop individual business opportunities and maximize sales.
- Use company online clientele tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Source product for client appointments via flagship stores digital endless aisle and distribution centers.
- Engage with clients and perform basic alteration fittings with guidance and training.
- Maintain a consistent digital presence and drive business through social media content creation.
- Act as a community and brand ambassador on behalf of the company.
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer focused luxury sales environment.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas and comfort with commission based selling.
