Job Description

Summary

10-week summer internship supporting the fashion design team in Seattle, contributing to design functions such as sketching, coloring cads, collab prep, and participating in a team design project with milestones and a final presentation to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support designers with design functions for assigned category or brand.
  • Create sketches and color cads and assist with collab preparation.
  • Contribute to a design project with defined milestones and deliverables.
  • Present project outcomes to company leadership at program end.
  • Research customer trends and competitive landscape shifts.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with design team members.
  • Adapt to new technology and systems as needed.
  • Commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the internship.

Requirements

  • Active college student enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a bachelor or associate degree in Fashion Design.
  • Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to hand sketch and demonstrate a relevant design eye.
  • Strong collaboration and visual presentation skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Seattle for the 10-week program and potentially for full-time employment.
  • Ability to commit to full-time internship schedule June through August.
