Fashion Stylist - Fashion Valley

Summary

As a Fashion Stylist you will act as a brand ambassador with a primary focus on Ready-To-Wear, providing expert styling and trend advice to clients and supporting the retail team. You will collaborate with store leaders and regional teams on events, launches, and client retention strategies while delivering training to elevate the styling skills of the store team. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive RTW penetration and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets and grow Ready-To-Wear penetration while ensuring an elevated client experience at every interaction.
• Provide bespoke styling and trend advice to existing and prospective high-value clients, and support top client experiences (zone events, re-sees, personalized hosting).
• Develop and train store selling associates on full-silhouette styling, collection knowledge, and new product launches.
• Partner with Store Leaders, Regional Merchandising Director, and Client Relations teams on client retention and development strategies.
• Research competitors and industry developments, and translate insights into creative selling strategies to inspire the store team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Ready-To-Wear and luxury fashion, with a strong commercial and trend awareness.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth clients and to recruit new clientele.
• Experience training, coaching, and influencing retail teams to elevate styling and client service capabilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and support events and launches.
