Fashion Stylist

Summary

As a Fashion Stylist you will deliver elevated Ready-to-Wear styling and build long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and sales. You will support and develop retail teams, collaborate on launches and events, and act as a subject-matter expert in trend and product knowledge. The role focuses on client-facing styling, training, and regional RTW growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets and increase Ready-to-Wear penetration while ensuring an elevated client experience.
• Provide bespoke styling to clients and recruit and develop new and existing clientele to grow long-term relationships.
• Coach and develop store selling associates and support client experiences including events, personalized hosting, and re-sees.
• Partner with store leaders and regional teams on client retention and development strategies for Ready-to-Wear.
• Collaborate on collection training, new launch communication, and prepare tools to support full-silhouette and personal styling.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and seek external opportunities to expand the RTW client network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in styling or luxury retail, including leadership or independent styling.
• Proven track record of developing authentic, lasting client relationships and driving sales.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in client interactions.
• Elevated and sophisticated communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and deep knowledge of Ready-to-Wear product and trends.
