Fashion Stylist - Northpark

Summary

As a Fashion Stylist based at Northpark, you will act as an ambassador for the brand with a primary focus on Ready-To-Wear. You will provide styling and trend advice, support the retail team in client interactions and events, and elevate the styling skills of store associates. The role drives client development and long-term loyalty while contributing to regional sales and product launch initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive Ready-To-Wear sales and achieve regional RTW penetration targets.
• Provide bespoke styling and trend advice to existing and prospective clients to grow business and loyalty.
• Develop and coach store selling associates on styling, collection training, and client experiences including events and personalized hosting.
• Partner with store leaders and regional teams on client relations, development strategies, and new product launches.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and expand the store's RTW client network through external outreach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in styling or luxury retail, with leadership or independent styling background.
• Proven track record of developing authentic, lasting client relationships and driving sales.
• Excellent communication skills, discretion, and independent judgment.
• Strong knowledge of Ready-To-Wear trends and passion for the luxury fashion industry.
