Job Description

Overview

Join a distinguished, multi-brand luxury boutique located in Manhattan’s vibrant Meatpacking District. We specialize in offering an exclusive selection of high-end ready-to-wear collections tailored for an elite clientele. As a Fashion Stylist and Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in curating personalized wardrobes and enhancing the shopping experience for our discerning customers. This position demands a blend of stylist expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to foster and expand an affluent client base.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering bespoke, white-glove service.
  • Provide head-to-toe wardrobing each season, anticipating style needs and lifestyle events.
  • Host private appointments, concierge deliveries, trunk shows, and virtual styling sessions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual personal sales targets above $1.5 million.
  • Expand your client book through strategic outreach, networking, and in-store activations.
  • Partner with management on exclusive client events that elevate store visibility.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of luxury ready-to-wear collections, fabrications, fits, and tailoring.
  • Translate brand stories into compelling styling advice tailored to each client.
  • Stay current on runway trends, industry news, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure flawless execution of transactions, CRM updates, after-sales service, and follow-ups.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and safeguard boutique presentation.
  • Collaborate with teammates to create a seamless, client-first environment.

Requirements

  • Documented annual sales of $1.5 million or more in luxury ready-to-wear; $2 million+ preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury, multi-brand, or designer ready-to-wear sales.
  • Proven history of season-over-season wardrobing and client retention.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach to sourcing and servicing clientele.
  • Well-developed NYC network within fashion, art, and high-net-worth circles is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and client-driven hours.
  • Stylist mindset with impeccable taste and attention to detail.
  • Polished, articulate communicator comfortable with ultra-high-net-worth interactions.
  • Competitive yet collaborative; thrives in a high-performance team culture.
  • Embodies discretion, authenticity, and a relentless commitment to service.
