Job Description

Summary

As a Fashion and Product Marketing Coordinator at Harry Rosen, you will play a key role in shaping the fashion and style perspective of the brand. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance selling opportunities through style and product education, and assist in merchandise selection for campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and developing fashion style guidelines.
  • Stay informed on emerging fashion trends and themes.
  • Coordinate styling for campaigns and content creation.
  • Provide support during pre-production for creative campaigns.
  • Contribute fashion insights and product coordination for content features.
  • Ensure brand/product priorities are represented in campaigns.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the brand’s product range and trends.
  • Assist in developing seasonal internal content and training programs.
  • Oversee internal fashion and product education Instagram account.
  • Manage central office sample room and inventory control.
  • Execute logistical aspects of product pulls for campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, styling, or merchandising.
  • Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communication, Business, or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong initiative and ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet researching.
  • Fashion retail experience is a strong asset.
