Job Description

Summary

As a Field Management - Chef.fe Ventes, you will lead sales for the independent accounts channel, focusing on managing buying groups for frames and lenses. You will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue while aligning business objectives with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national strategies to increase sales, market share, and opportunities for buying groups.
  • Identify and activate growth levers for buying groups and independent channels in line with business objectives.
  • Oversee sales initiatives to meet or exceed performance and growth targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buying groups and key clients, offering tailored and sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Key Accounts) to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Manage forecasts, performance tracking, and sales budgets for buying groups.
  • Provide regular analysis to management to guide decisions.
  • Ensure quality customer service by effectively addressing needs and concerns.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize return and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, ideally in medical devices or optics.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Bilingual: French/English (oral and written).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Available to travel in Canada and the U.S. (approximately 30%).
  • Strategic mindset, results-oriented, customer service-focused.
  • Strong ability to analyze, solve problems, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
