- Ensure quality customer service by effectively addressing needs and concerns.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize return and growth.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales management experience, ideally in medical devices or optics.
- Proven track record in achieving targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Bilingual: French/English (oral and written).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Available to travel in Canada and the U.S. (approximately 30%).
