Job Description

Summary

Provide technical support and maintenance for stores across Colorado and New Mexico, focusing on protecting customer and company data, mentoring peers, and meeting service level objectives. Role requires a valid driver license and use of a personal vehicle and involves in store support, service desk work, and backend systems monitoring. Adhere to security standards and project management best practices while prioritizing daily work using management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support store technical operations across multiple locations including Colorado and New Mexico
  • Provide service desk and in store technical support and troubleshooting
  • Monitor backend systems and applications for performance and issues
  • Prioritize and manage daily work using work management systems
  • Mentor Technician 1s and peers on security best practices and company standards
  • Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement technical solutions
  • Meet target service level agreements for assigned area
  • Follow project management practices and adhere to scheduled work times

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a service management industry
  • Minimum 1 year technical support experience
  • Minimum 1 year troubleshooting testing or repairing technical equipment
  • Valid driver license and access to personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel to and support multiple store locations
  • Understanding of security controls and data protection practices
  • Associate degree or four year degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
