Field Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Field Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate experience for both boutique and corporate positions. This hybrid role is based in New York City, NY, and involves screening candidates, partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, and building a talent pipeline.

• Proactively build talent pipelines using ATS, social media, job boards, and field recruitment.
• Communicate labor market trends and recommend innovative recruitment initiatives.
• Develop relationships with Hiring Managers and create recruitment strategies.
• Lead intake meetings and interview potential candidates.
• Create digital job ads and attend networking events.
• Track and communicate recruitment metrics and present to senior leadership.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at boutique and corporate levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a high requisition count and work across time zones.
• Digitally savvy with experience using ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility, empathy, and strong presentation skills.
