Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and use events to recruit clients, increase sales, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Identify business opportunities and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain client information and preferences using Saks digital tools.
• Source products across store, online, and distribution-center inventory for client appointments.
• Assist with basic alteration fittings and build a digital presence to attract and engage clients.
• Represent the brand in the community and support the Fifth Avenue Club team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion and lifestyle products.
• Experience with sales quotas and commission-based selling.
• An established social media network and ability to create content that supports digital business.
• Experience executing events.
