Responsibilities

• Continue client relationships and address client needs when consultant is not available
• Act as a liaison between client and consultant
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively
• Utilize computer systems and be systems savvy
• Resolve client issues and take initiative to find solutions
• Maintain a professional and polished demeanor with clients and team
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Retail experience required
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact respectfully with a diverse clientele
• Computer literate
