The Fifth Avenue Club Consultant builds a personal shopping business by delivering highly personalized service in an exclusive setting. The role develops client relationships, recruits new customers, and drives sales through in-person and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop strong client relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
• Use events and outreach to recruit clients, grow sales, and develop existing relationships.
• Identify business opportunities and achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain client information and preferences using Saks digital clientele tools.
• Source products across store, digital, and distribution center inventory networks for client appointments.
• Support basic alteration fittings and promote the business through social media and other digital channels.
• Represent Saks Fifth Avenue as a community and brand ambassador.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer-focused retail experience in a luxury sales environment.
• Experience with luxury fashion and lifestyle products, sales quotas, and commission-based selling.
• An established client network or presence across multiple social media platforms, with the ability to create content.
• Experience executing events.
