Finance Manager - FP&A

As a Finance Manager in FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in our financial planning and forecasting processes, supporting quarterly Board of Director meetings, and providing insights and recommendations to finance leadership. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for retail and strong storytelling skills.

• Lead company financial planning processes, including annual target setting and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
• Create executive leadership materials such as board decks and investor support documents.
• Execute weekly forecasts and communicate results to finance leaders.
• Develop knowledge of P&L drivers and industry trends to assess business impact.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects to support FP&A and finance leadership.

• 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in retail or large organizations.
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance.
• Strong relationship-building skills with peers and senior leadership.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan, Hyperion-Essbase, and Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate findings clearly in written, verbal, and presentation forms.
