Summary
The Finance Manager partners with senior leadership to drive financial performance, governance, and strategic insight across North America. This role leads monthly close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and supports retail finance operations while managing direct reports and cross functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic finance partner to senior leadership supporting commercial decision making
- Own monthly financial close and reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cash, and CAPEX
- Lead monthly performance reviews and variance analysis versus budget and forecast
- Design monitor and report on key financial KPIs such as DSO inventory and freight costs
- Lead preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Support internal control frameworks audits and expense management controls
- Manage CAPEX requests track execution and post investment follow up
- Drive improvements in financial processes reporting tools and system efficiency
- Manage develop and evaluate direct reports and deliver ad hoc financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in finance controlling FP&A or audit in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of financial planning controlling and reporting standards
- Proven experience with ERP and BI tools such as SAP and Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience in retail or wholesale environments preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast paced evolving organization
