Responsibilities- Collaborate with business, finance, and analytics partners to develop program plans for loyalty, gift card, and credit initiatives.
- Track and anticipate changes in business performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews to align forecasts and plans.
- Implement and improve processes within finance and the business.
- Develop, size, and track offers with business and analytics teams.
- Create materials to communicate insights and recommendations using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Build credibility and collaborate across the organization with key partners.
Requirements- 5+ years of related experience, preferably in retail or credit.
- BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or comparable experience preferred.
- Proven experience in managing the monthly budget/forecasting process.
- Experience in analyzing, modeling, and reporting financial performance.
- Experience supporting a credit card program, including credit risk management.
- Ability to identify opportunities, collect data, and present solutions.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
