Responsibilities- Manage the finances of approximately 10-15 Rx facilities.
- Act as a finance partner to operations leaders, leading for 3 Regional Operations Directors.
- Manage labor productivity targets and identify ways to improve NLH within sites.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets for operations and supply chain functions.
- Provide financial forecasts and variance analyses to support decision-making.
- Analyze consumables expenses by location and identify areas for process improvement and expense reduction.
- Develop new analytics tools to help control cost and identify efficiencies.
- Partner with Supply chain on improving the volume demand plans and capability.
- Support network integrations and simplify complex reporting structures across multiple ERPs.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in Logistics, Distribution Center Operations, and/or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with Business Objects, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Hyperion Essbase/Planning.
- MBA preferred.
