Summary
Individual contributor Finance Manager focused on BI and automation for supply chain finance, responsible for designing and maintaining scalable reporting and analytics using SQL, Anaplan, Alteryx, Oracle, and Tableau to support P&L management and financial reporting. This hybrid role is based in downtown Seattle and requires on-site presence four days per week. The role combines technical data engineering skills with strong accounting knowledge to enable data driven storytelling and decision making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Oracle, Anaplan, Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau
- Partner with finance accounting and supply chain teams to translate business requirements into BI solutions
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards visualizations and advanced analytics
- Ensure financial data integrity and alignment with accounting standards
- Support P&L management and financial reporting across business units
- Continuously evaluate and enhance BI tools processes and methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance and or business intelligence preferably in supply chain finance or operations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles P&L structures and financial reporting
- Proficiency with databases data warehousing SQL and Tableau or similar BI tools
- Experience with driver based model building and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities
- Excellent communication skills to summarize insights and provide recommendations
- Ability to work on site in Seattle four days per week
