Responsibilities- Understand company accounting methods, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports and respond to related inquiries with additional follow-up analysis.
- Complete assigned duties during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Maintain digital project accounting and marketing trackers, including data entry of invoices.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver SAP BW reports.
- Establish and maintain operational and business metrics.
- Assist with other assignments and/or special projects as requested.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a related industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting, financial reporting, and analysis experience.
- Basic accounting skills and understanding of GAAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of self-motivation to drive activities to closure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally and with all levels of management.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in reporting/analysis with Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.).
- Robust system acumen (SAP preferred) including multi-dimensional reporting tools (SAP BW preferred).
