Job Description

Summary

The Financial Analyst will deliver value through budgeting, forecasting, expense management, reporting, and analysis. This role is ideal for someone with a background in accounting and/or finance, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a motivated, high-potential performer with the ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables, and support cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Understand company accounting methods, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports and respond to related inquiries with additional follow-up analysis.
  • Complete assigned duties during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
  • Maintain digital project accounting and marketing trackers, including data entry of invoices.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver SAP BW reports.
  • Establish and maintain operational and business metrics.
  • Assist with other assignments and/or special projects as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a related industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting, financial reporting, and analysis experience.
  • Basic accounting skills and understanding of GAAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of self-motivation to drive activities to closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally and with all levels of management.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in reporting/analysis with Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.).
  • Robust system acumen (SAP preferred) including multi-dimensional reporting tools (SAP BW preferred).
