Summary
Experienced FP&A Manager to join the Americas FP&A team supporting multibrand retail and wholesale operations. The role leads forecasting, comprehensive monthly reporting and P&L analysis across the US Canada and Caribbean/Latin America using SAP and SyRUS while partnering with cross functional teams to drive financial performance and strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for US Canada and Caribbean/Latin America leveraging SAP and SyRUS
- Analyze actuals versus budgets and prior year and conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers
- Deliver in depth P&L analysis to internal stakeholders and headquarters
- Monitor and evaluate expenses by channel and cost center identifying risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure budget adherence and provide financial guidance on marketing and T&E
- Monitor profitability by channel retail wholesale and by store
- Support Capex projects including new store openings renovations and relocations with financial analysis and ROI assessment
- Participate in annual budget cycle coordinating assumptions challenging stakeholders and driving alignment
- Manage and develop an Analyst
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A
- Prior retail industry experience preferred with multi brand environment a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of SAP
- Proven ability to build financial models from scratch with limited oversight
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and critical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with senior leadership and HQ
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
