Financial Services Specialist 1

As a Financial Services Specialist 1, you will serve as an Ambassador for Nordstrom, providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment. You will handle phone calls from customers, applying your advanced knowledge of Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products.

• Answer complex inbound account inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment and other online questions.
• Enter and review new account applications from various channels, including stores and online.
• Process and review register referrals, Nordstrom.com transactions, and credit line increase requests and payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy.
• Quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
